MangoNest will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase and only if the returned items are deemed unused. Pending inspection and in MangoNest’s sole discretion, a refund or credit may be issued to you for the value of the item, including taxes. If MangoNest, in its sole discretion, determines the item has been used or has damage other than the original product defects, the item may be returned to you at your cost and no refund provided. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Your return may take up to 10 business days to fully process. For exchanges, please clearly list, via email or written letter, the desired product for which you would like to exchange. The value of the returned goods and desired goods must be of equal value.

To return your items, please follow the instructions below.

1. Package the items in the original packaging if suitable, or use your own packaging. MangoNest is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit, so please package the items carefully. We recommend you insure the full value of the goods.
2. Please enclose the original packing slip with the returned items.
3. Ship the items, via USPS, to the following address:

For returns on product defects only, an email address and printer are required. Returns to MangoNest will be delivered via UPS. Upon return confirmation, an email will be sent to you with a pre-paid return label you will need to print out and adhere to the outside of the return package. You can then drop the shipment off to your nearest UPS location. We will send you a link to the UPS website to locate your nearest UPS location to drop off your return package.

Inaccuracies

MangoNest attempts to present the most accurate and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions where information on mangonest.com contains incomplete information, typographical errors or inaccuracies. Any errors are unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in pricing or product information. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, MangoNest shall have the right to honor the displayed price or refuse or cancel any such order.

Taxes

MangoNest is required by law to charge Colorado State sales tax. A 7.85% sales tax will be added to all Colorado State purchases (determined by your billing address) upon checkout.
